Developers Propose Luxury Car Condominium Project in Lake Zurich

At this week’s Lake Zurich Board of Trustees meeting, Miller Street Partners and OKW Architects presented a preliminary concept for a new luxury car condominium development called Luxe Corsa Car Condos.

According to the Village of Lake Zurich, the proposed project would be located on a 20-acre site at 24455 N. Route 12, just north of the Meadow Wood Townhomes along Rand Road. Plans include the construction of 121 high-end car garage condominiums, a boutique luxury car dealership, a clubhouse, fitness center, spa and indoor bar.

Developers, represented by Romeo Kaputija of Miller Street Partners and Katie Lambert of OKW Architects, are proposing to voluntarily annex the currently unincorporated property into the Village of Lake Zurich.

The presentation was a courtesy review, and no formal vote was taken. The developers are seeking feedback from the Village Board and the community as they refine their plans for the site.
